Our March 2008 survey has just been completed. We greatly appreciate the 17 hosted customers that responded and the 21 players from various games that responded.
The main concern that players registered was that some people have been having noticeable lag when initially connecting to the various games. This echoes a concern with the hosted customers who have had some connection problems when logging into the server shell. Most customers and players were satisfied with the level of lag once connected.

The only unexpected rating was server uptime/availability. Players and hosted clients have a fairly disparate opinion -- perhaps because the players are unaware when it is the server vs the game that is down.
We are happy to see that, for the most part, our customers and their players are satisfied with their services. At the same time, we are always looking to improve.
As of this week, a new server is being configured for our MU hosting. This server will be placed in a new location and the settings will be specifically designed to produce a high quality MU hosting platform. More information will be posted as we move forward -- we look to having this machine up and running by the end of April.
For taking part in the survey, we offered one random game one year web hosting on our server and a paid domain name. This is approximately a $30 value! The following games are the lucky two winners (one for the player survey, one for the client survey):
