CS002 back online

CS002 is now back online. Unfortunately the server did require a reboot. We will be investigating the cause of this high CPU load and putting in steps to prevent this in the future.

CS002 is currently experiencing a very heavy load due to a bad application start by a user.  We are working to resolve this quickly. Please stand by.

IS001/Ao Hardware Failure

Our primary internal server (IS001/AO, IP 66.212.25.124) has been
unrecoverable due to hardware failure. We have moved all active
clients that were using this machine in any way to another machine and
will be transitioning our internal systems as well. This includes our
invoicing, databases and website. We expect that the majority of our
systems will be fully back and operational again in less than one week
-- the impact to our current clients, however, should be minimal.

Our primary internal server (IS001/AO, IP 66.212.25.124) is currently unreachable. We are aware of the problem and attempting to restore service to the server.  More information will be posted here soon.

IS001 Maintenence Complete

Maintenence on our server IS001 is now complete. The server is back
online, and the RAID array is reconstructing as expected.
