Outage Resolved

The network outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience. Total actual downtime was under 15 minutes.

All ISU servers are presently experiencing a Network Outage that is caused by routing issues at the colocation facility where our servers our housed.  ISU is presently working closely with our colocation facility to ensure that this problem is resolved as quickly as possible.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

New Howto Wiki

We are proud to announce the beginnings of our new Howto Wiki. This Wiki will be used primarily by our system administration staff to post short articles and information on how to navigate, execute, and effectively use your account on ISU.

At this time, we have written ONE Howto. With the announcement of our maintenance window, we had multiple requests asking how to automatically start processes or games once the server is restarted.

CS001.isunlimited.net (Mystra) Shutdown Scheduled

Mystra is scheduled for shutdown on Monday morning.  At that time, the server will become unavailable and inaccessible to our customers.  Nearly all requested moves have been made and the few remaining accounts will be shifted this weekend.

Maintenance Window Scheduled: Azuth - 8/3/2008, 12:01 AM PST

To finalize our move, we need to schedule a maintenance window of CS002 (Azuth). This maintenance window will be scheduled for 6 hours, but the expected outage will be much less. During this time, the machine will be reboot at least once, but we retain the right to reboot it multiple times if necessary throughout our scheduled maintenance window.

Our new server, cs002 or Azuth, is now fully up and operational. All customers should have received an email with their account information -- if you are a customer and have NOT, please contact us at support@isunlimited.net.  Your ISP or spam filter has most likely blocked the email.
